Sunday Morning Coffee & Mahjong ☕🀄

Spend your Sunday morning around the Mahjong table! Sunday Morning Coffee & Mahjong is a cozy pop-up Open Play for independent American Mahjong players who'd like to start the day with good games, good company, and a relaxed morning in our beautiful Grafton studio. I'll have coffee, tea, water, and pastries ready while we play. ☕️🥐 This is independent Open Play and is not an instructional session. Players should be comfortable completing a full game of American Mahjong without ongoing coaching or reminders, including the Charleston, turn sequence, and standard NMJL procedures. If you're still building confidence with the flow of the game, Guided Play is a better fit. What to Expect: 🀄️2½ hours of relaxed American Mahjong 🀄️Coffee, tea, water & pastries 🀄️Tile sets and racks provided 🀄️A small, welcoming group in our cozy Grafton studio 🀄️Advance registration required $10 per player Space is limited for this first pop-up. If the session is full, please join the waitlist! If there’s enough interest, I may be able to open an additional table. The waitlist will also help me gauge interest in future Sunday Morning Coffee & Mahjong dates. Registration & Cancellation Policy: Your registration reserves one of a limited number of seats for this special pop-up session and is nonrefundable and nontransferable to another Central MA Mahjong event. If you're unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to an available Wednesday night Open Play with at least 24 hours' notice. Please contact Central MA Mahjong in advance to request a transfer. A minimum of 3 players is required for the session to run. If fewer than 3 players are registered by 12:00 p.m. the Saturday before, the session will be canceled and all payments will be refunded. Photo Notice: We may take a few fun photos during Mahjong sessions for social media and our community. If you’d rather not be in them, just let your host know.
